Traceability, transparency, sustainability
& gender equality
At Suteks, we are aware of the impact fashion industry has created on our planet and we strive to reverse this negative impact by participating in sustainable business practices. Traceability of our supply chain and transparency with our clients for all our materials are in the forefront of our business model.
By participating in third party audits like SMETA Sedex and Fair Wear Foundation we are doing our part to ensure that everyone who participates in making our products gets a fair share and is treated humanely.
We are certified by GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), OCS (Organic Content Standard) and FSC (Forest Steward Council) for organic, recyclable and renewable fabrics.
Suteks' Human Resources Policy is fair, transparent, values freedom of expression and continuous progress. At Suteks, we work with a horizontal hierarchical organizational structure. We consider our employees as co-owners of our business and our partners.
We focus on how we can reveal the potential and strength of our employees with the awareness that our most important asset is a human being. We create development programs that are specific to the abilities of our employees and that will give them the competencies of the future.
With our equality principle, we treat all our employees equally, regardless of gender, age, profession and specialization.
Our goal is to keep the well-being and motivation of our employees at the highest level. For this purpose, we have been sharing a net 10% of our profits with our employees since 1999.
In addition to our private health insurance, we also support the families of our employees with our life insurance.
With our day care subsidy, we aim to ensure that all our female employees are long-term in business life. Suteks aims to provide a happy, productive working experience with a high commitment by offering a company culture that reflects its spirit.
